Please put the date of Sunday, August 28 in your diaries. That’s the day when the Annual Hornton Croquet Competition will be held on the pavilion field.
“All will be welcome for a 2pm start and the bar will be open,” says organiser Andrew Overton. “For those who have not played before there will be help on hand and a practice croquet lawn. So please save the date and more details will be sent nearer the time.”
