Friday, 18th March is Red Nose Day and Hornton is joining in!
The Friday coffee morning at the Methodist Chapel will be raising money, so pop along between 10.30am and 12noon. As well as coffee, tea and delicious home made cakes, there will be a bring’n’buy stall and a traditional Hornton raffle.
And Hornton School will join more than 60 primary schools who are taking part in the record-breaking bid to play the Largest Game of Musical Bumps, coordinated by BBC Radio Oxford.
As well as the £1 entry fee for Red Nose Day, they have been asked to bring a cushion with them.
“We don’t want any bruised bottoms!” said head teacher Wendy Whitehouse.
