Now is the time to get those prize blooms and brassicas ready for the annual flower, vegetable and produce show, taking place in the pavilion on Saturday week, August 20.
There are all sorts of classes to enter: as well as fruit, vegetables and flowers, there are classes for cooking, home-made preserves, flowering arranging – something for everyone.
There’s nothing quite like seeing that winning card at the base of your exhibit but you’ve got to be in it to win it so, if you’re not already a 3Hs member, now is the time to join.
