Detail
Duties include production of agendas and minutes for all meetings, carrying out the Council’s decisions and advising on procedural matters (help and training is available from various sources). There are seven meetings a year (February, two in April, AGM in May, July, September and November). They usually take place on Monday at 7.30pm and the Clerk would be expected to attend. Most other duties can be performed from home. Good systems are already in place and a laptop is provided.
